We moved here a year and a half ago to save money, and that's what we got-a cheaper apartement. That being said, the place isn't terrible. There have been a couple of shootings right outside our building, but no one has been hurt. Our neighbors are all nice and quiet. The kitchens are painfully small, and the carpet was not cleaned before we moved in, but they have been fair with us for the most part. Things get fixed when requested, except for the rotten egg smell that emanates from our vents whenever the air conditioner comes on. They never fixed that. I would say they are fine for people looking for a decent, affordable place to live.
