We could never get a refferal fee because we wouldn't even tell pepople we don't like to live here. There is a massive roach infestation that was here when we moved in and has just gotten worse. We were promised repeatedly that something would be done and nothing ever was. Parking sucks there are never enough spaces and don't dare have visitors who don't park in one of the 12 visitors spots.
