I've been living here for a few months, and I've never had a problem with the apartment. It's very nice, a lot of space, a unique apartment design. The noise is not bad at all during the day, sometimes people in cars are playing music way to high, but that's expected no matter where you are. The staff have always been very curtious and respectful towards me. I have had not one roach in this apartment, so all the roach comments are probably exagerations. I've really enjoyed living here, I'd recommend it to others, it's cheap but quality.
