its not that bad From: allie_bailey Date posted: 3/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   i just moved in to holly hills, so far so good. the office staff was extremely nice, and the property is a lot nicer than it was 3 years ago. the crime rate is nonexistent. no breakins in the past year. the rent is cheap, the apartments nice, i have no complaints.
