Recently moved into this complex because we were new to the area and in a fix trying to find somthing quick...the management was EXTREAMLY nice over the phone BUT it was a completly other story in person. The area is OK i wouldnt live here more than 6 months...the apartments are small and oddly shaped...the unit we moved into had a HORRIBLE odor and was not cleaned very well. the hot water didnt work neither did half of the sinks. the ac want even working when we moved in. THERE ARE NO over head lights except in the kitchen and bathrooms. AND ROACHES were EXTREAM we walked in and they were dead on the floor and crawling on the walls we were assured by managment that the issue was taken care of and that they had just sprayed one more time that AM and it was causing them to come out THEY WERE WRONG...they were sooo bad we moved out immediatly after moving. Also the time we were there it got very loud at night lots of people comming and going and lots of random people just walking thru the complex and lottering. i never felt really safe about leaving my car and it was very poorly lit. lots of trash thrown out on people balconys nothing was very well kept and the grounds were sadly manicured. laundry only open 8 till 10 pm and i felt like i needed a shot b4 i walked into the laundry room. all in all when we went to let them know we were going to be moving there were pretty understanding however they were very aware the roaches were much worse than they led us to believe and they tryed to ask us to stay and move into a larger unit NO THANKS! Overall you get what you pay for...SOOOO spend the extra money.
