Holly Hills Apartments

The worst place I have ever lived. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/25/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   The rent is dirt cheap and you get what you pay for. Well, the rent used to be low, but they raise it $20 a month every time you renew your lease, somehow presuming that if you're still here, you're too stupid to see how bad it is. The A.C. breaks every summer, holes in the floor have gone unrepaired for MONTHS, and every car in the parking lot has been defiled by petty thieves, taking everything from TVs to tarot decks. The maintenence, as mentioned, is atrocious. They will cut every corner in the world. When we first moved in, we were promised a resurfaced contrete patio, but not only has there been no resurfacing, the fence is rotted out and falling over. The office staff is worthless, the management company incompetent and the neighboorhood atrocious. I have nothing but bad things to say about this complex. Spend an extra few bucks and live somewhere that's slightly better than the third world. Oh, and don't forget dead people in nearby parking lots.
