great location - right off the highway and convenient to so much shopping in antioch. overall the noise factor isn't too bad, it's in a nice area and rather scenic.
the worst part is getting any maintenance done. the staff have a tendency to be rude and rush you off the phone. anytime i have something in need of repair i generally have to make 2-3 requests within the span of a couple of weeks time before something actually gets done.
i am appalled at the lack of service and this alone might be cause for me to move at the end of my lease - despite the great location.
