BAD AND MANAGERS DONT CARE

THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUR MAKING REPAIRS.... THEY TAKE THEIR SWEET TIME ABOUT DOING ANYTHING. I WENT WITHOUT HEAT IN MY APARTMENT FOR 3 WEEKS IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER. THEY ALWAYS TAKE SHORTCUTS INSTEAD OF PROPERLY REPAIRING ANYTHING.
