They call it "Luxury Apartments" look at the sign on Packard Drive. one look at the humble stucco buildings and you can see that they arent luxury to anyone besides someone who has been living on a dirt floor. and this is who they prefer to rent to. they know that cant get enough legitimate tenants.
The reality is that there is a crackdown on crack dealing and gang activity at these apartments. but like so many things, its a smoke screen. the security actually control the drug activity there and it's their territory. they drive other's out in order to maintain their operation. as for guest parking spots, that's a smoke screen too. this is to appear tough on non residents living there. the reality is that EVERYONE knows they harbor illegal aliens there!. and they want to use the parking issue as a smoke screen to cover up the fact they know many of their esidents are illegals or harboring them. i mean if 7 people can live in a 1 bedroom, they can also pile into one car and go to work. so the visitor policy is only a cursory event. this apartment complex-managed by Brookside properties- is using tactics that make it appear to be resolving crime and illegal residents. all the while calling it a "Luxury Apartment". If you move there you are subjecting yourself to the biggest scammers i have met in apartment property management. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
