To many people live here that r not suppose to be (due to green cards) They let their children run wild. The parents aren't even in sight. I have had the brats banging on my doors waking my baby up! They have even put bottle rockets in my bird feeders. Some of them have even told me that they r home alone every day till 7pm (these r 5 &6 yr olds!!) The cops r here a lot for domestic problems. The ice cream trucks r nice sometime but not at 9:30pm (staying for 30min with loud music waking up my baby) Something is majorly odd about the trucks coming around when all the kids r in bed. The parking is a joke. They say they won't let certain breed dogs here yet i constantly see young Hispanic males getting in and out of the trunks of their cars rough acting pits (I've seen nice ones but these r for fighting). It is hard as hell to get anything fixed and when u call to ask the office and anything their answer usually seems to "we're not sure". We have gotten the place to spray our apt for roaches many times,but it never helps. They don't spray the whole building just the rare ones that complain about them. So a couple day after the spray the bugs come right back. They have a pool that the claimed to open may 1st, it is now the en of July and still they give excuses why it is not open There r only 2 places that will even deliver here. The only place they cleaned the graffiti off of was the sign. Our car has been keyed here also at least it is an old car. Me and the baby don't even go out side to play unless my husband is off work. We moved in here March 1st and things keep getting worse. One night one of the idiots crashed their cars in to the rock wall around the sign then in to the corner of one of the buildings so now that building has a nice crack in it. The laundry facility room has no way of cooling or heating so in the summer u roast when ur trying to do laundry. It cost $2.25 to get a load washed and dried. In order to get mail picked up u have to take it to the post office ur self (found out the hard way). There is a $300 non-refundable pet deposit & $10 pet rent
