The women in the office are stuck-up snobs. It takes them forever to return calls. The are the nazis of apartmetn managers. They were the ones that made a big stink on the first anniversary of 9-11 about the tenant placing a singal flag in view. They got some nasty news coverage and were forced to rethink their position. Also, many of the tenants I know have complained about flies in theor apartments, and the office refuses to do anything except spray. The exterminator even told one of my friends that the only way tp get rid of them was to clean out/replace the drains. I'm talking hundreds of dead flies all-over the place. Their bad enpough that the managers have put up bug-bags all around the property. You also have to pay for a pool pass, and the pool is only 3ft deep! What was I paying rent for, huh'

I live at these apartments. You DO NOT have to pay for a pool pass-you rent them. It is to keep people out of the pool who do not live in the apartments. As to flies--if you live in a complex with a lot of trees, you will get bugs. Maybe if people clean their apartments once in a while they won't get bugs. I do agree with the comments about the management staff, but this is the best place I've lived, and it's the cheapest in Nashville unless you want to live in a slum.

Who is the owner/property management company of this property? Are they at least helpful?

i know exactly what your talking about with the flies we had an infestation of drain flies it was disgusting i told them over and over how bad it was and i even brought them pictures, the man from maintenance even said it was the worst thing he had seen in 17 years but still....NOTHING was done about it but they just said, "oh those are fruit flies and you probably brought them here" they were so rude about it, they finally let us move to another apartment after i proved to them that i was getting sick from it i had to go to the emergency room on fast track because i got so sick
