Don't settle, pay the extra 50-100 a month!

I am currently living here and I wish everyday when I come home that I had paid the extra in rent to live in a better place. This place was such a good price and there is a lot of space. However, the carpet is this ugly grayblue color, there is wallpaper in the kitchen and bathrooms that is absolutely hideous, and you MUST have wallpaper. We had to order a loveseat instead of a couch because a normal sized couch won't fit in through the doorway, unless you are at the ground level and move it through the double doors. There is this ridiculous passthru in the kitchen/dining room which provides no counterspace in the kitchen for any appliances. The outlets are all in very awkward places, and there is no cable hookup in the bedrooms.
There are some very low class people living here as well. We live next door to refugees, no joke. They have even harrassed me and it's scary. They somehow got a driver's license and terrorize the area by driving wrecklessly and with no regard to anyone else, even small children. The worst part is that there is nothing we can do about it. Our lease only just began and I am only counting the days until I can move out. Please reconsider if you are planning on moving here. It's not worth the cheap rent!
