Average Price, Decent Apartment

My wife and 4 kids have lived here for 6 months now. Overall, we are quite satisfied with our experience. We live in a townhome in the "middle-of-the-hill".
Moving in was not especially hard, except for getting the full-size box spring upstairs.
The units have cedar shingle-siding, and wasps, wood-roaches, and striped crickets love it. So far, we have found a few crickets inside, but they die fast an silently. Also, we have some electronic bug deterents which may be helping.
While some folks do drive too fast through the lot, they slow down quickly when you shoot their car with a paint gun or leave homemade "stop-sticks" in the road.
Maintainence has been prompt and friendly while fixing problems on the first call.
One drawback is that there is not a lot of green space or lawn nearby for our kids to play on/in.
When we first moved in, there were a few occasional nights of "parties" going on after 10pm, but it only took one call to the cops to get that fixed.
(You may think some of my comments are harsh, but that's okay. I get results.)
