I lived here for 3 years, and my opinion is that the apartments were going downhill then. The management were nice, but only told me what I wanted to here in order to keep me satisfied and resign my lease. After my 2nd year, I decided that I was not going to resign because my surrounding neighbors had become a pain to deal with and I saw the apartments as leasing to anyone as long as they had a pulse and means to pay the cheaper rent. I also complained a few times about how fast the cars were in the parking lots while my children were out playing(one teenage driver nearly hit my oldest child). After I did not renew my lease, the office would do nothing I requested of them. My wive wanted to break the lease and just leave, but we went ahead and waited it out til the end. In the begining I moved here to save money in rent so I could save for a house, but in the end it was not even worth the extra $100 or so I saved. The bugs started coming in when I got new nasty neighbors, my apartment started leaking when it rained hard and it took them 2 months to totally repair that. I always paid my rent on time, and I felt that I deserved to be treated much much better.
