I've lived at the Iroquios for five years. When you figure the amount of space and the cost per month, these apartments are the best deal in the area.

I found this website when I was looking for the apartment address on google. Here are a few responses I'd like to some of the comments

1. This complex is old and it shows. But I don't want to pay another $300 for any other apartments in the area for the same space. People come and go so there tend to be "cycles" in good and bad neighbors. Some of the apartments have a wall in front of the main door -- very stupid design.

2. I don't know why some people with small children rent apartments next to the main road in the complex and then act surprised that their unsupervised kiddies almost become road kill.

3. There are refugees in the complex. The Sudanese people are very nice, they all work several jobs and yes, they are new to driving.

4. Sometimes I work at night and I feel safe walking around at 2 or 3 in the morning.
