I currently live at Iroquois...can't wait for my lease to run out! Very unhappy! When we first moved here the property was clean etc...going downhill very fast! Trash all over property..quality of neighbors horrible! Parties,loud music etc..Management said they are "trying" to do something about the bad reputation of these apartments but I have not seen any improvement! If you have children, or family..do not move here unless you want your children around cars flying through the parking lot, unsupervised kids from section 8 housing up the road coming over to pick on kids living here..they basically will qualify anyone right now to fill an apartment..not a very safe area right now! Management does not care or concerned about what is going on..Raskin properties also owns creekwood and have heard similar problems there as well! The only thing halfway good is the maintanence crew and one of the security guys, in a good school zone and easy access to stores.
