Iroquois is my first apartment. My fiance and I will be married in August of 05 and I am living here getting everything ready prior to then. I have been here for a few weeks and I simply love the space. The floorplan is open and huge (over 1100 sq. ft. in a 2 bedroom). The second night I was here the AC went out, I called the office at 1 am thinking I would get the answering machine only to be greeted by a perky woman saying "Good morning, Iroquois Apartments.." I told her my situation and expected someone to come out the next day. To my surpirse about 10 minutes later I got a knock at the door and the AC was fixed! Bugs are also a problem, I reported an ant problem and pest control was here the next day. The office is very willing and happy to fix any problem (so far). I would recommend this property to you... atleast come and check it out.
