I've lived at Iroquois Apartments for about a year now. I really like these apartments. Their small, but it could just seem that way seeing as how there are 4 people living in a 2 bedroom. My one main complaint is the upstairs neighbors who sound like they have nightly wrestling matches and play their music EXTREMELY loud at the worst times. This isnt anything the management can stop, but it definately is irritating. There is usually plenty of parking, but some of those people park like their taking drivers ed for the first time, it makes it very difficult. The staff has always been extremely nice everytime I've been into the office and maintence has always gotten anything fixed as soon as possible. We've had no problems with bugs, besides the occasional cockroach, which should be expected. The only reason we are moving is because we want more room, or else we would be staying here. I would definately reccomend Iroquois to anyone who is looking for a good deal in the Bellevue area.
