I lived at Iroquois for about 3 years and it was miserable. The office staff are nice except for 1 woman whose name starts with an S, She is nasty, condescending, and has no business working with people. The apartments are falling apart, outdated and there is always alot of noise. Loud neighbors are definatly a problem and nothing is ever done. People fly around the parking lots, omeone is going to get hurt someday. Maint. staff are very nice but it takes a while to get anything done. They are raising rent to rediculous amounts.....ou can definately get a nicer place elsewhere for the cost.
