I lived at this complex for one year. That was several months too long. They told me when I moved in that since I was living up the hill parking was not going to be a problem. Was that ever a lie. Everyday I had to park almost on the opposite side of the complex. I had constant problems with my water heater either not working or the water that would come out would be boiling, and was with only the cold water on and leaving it run for several minutes. My biggest problem was with the electric bill. I don't know if it had to do with the apartment or with the electric company but there was nobody at my apartment during the day and I wasn't running the air or heater, all lights were shut off and my electric bill was constantly over 200 a month. I called the electric company and they sent sombody out and said we had to have the apartment look at it, so I did. They had to come out to fix the water heater anyway so I had them check things out too. I don't know what they checked but it didn't help any. I had to leave for a family emergency and was gone for two weeks and before I left I shut all breakers off. My bill that month was still over 230. I asked to be moved to a different apartment but they said there were none for me to move into. Most of the people at the office were nice except for one person that was always there. When I first went to look at this place the person said there were none for me. I asked if there was any of all sizes and I was told there were no openings. Two days later I called back and talked to a lady that no longer works there who was a wonderful lady to talk to and she said that there were many apartments to move into. Other than that when it got slippery in the winter, the trip up the hill did become a little bit of a problem for several people.

The lady that wasn't nice to you is the mother of the CFO of Raskin Company lots of complaints about her rude attitude towards "certain" residents

That place is a fire hazard waiting to happen. Due to the contruction it will go up in flames with very little effort. I was terrified after I saw a small fire almost engulf a building.
