At least half of it is Section 8, which they don't tell you when you move in. I lived here for three years and in that time my rent went up $145.00!!!! Plumbing is old and bad, terrible drafts around windows and base boards, "work out room" is a joke with a stationary bike that is old as the wheel and a weight machine that is completely broken. Little kids running around the complex well after midnight. My car has been hit numerous times in the parking lot, of course there are not nearly enough spaces for everyone. I've paid half this much in other places for twice the quality. Yes, the apartments are spacious. Big and crappy.
