During my ten years as a resident of of the Iroquois Apartments, I must admit, this has been the greatest years of my life. This place will always be home to me, and I am a homeowner. We have had a through the years about four tunovers with management, however, even with that, the service has remained excellent. We have a community room, (and once a month, or sometimes twice a month crafts are sold there by one of the tenants and the art work, and bags and jewelery are WONDERFUL. The is a dentist located in the building with a wonderful staff, as well as State Farm. The area has many restuarants and there is a Barefeet Shoes, Target, and LA Fitness all in walking distance.
The main reason why I have enjoyed living at this Apartment is the family atmosphere, and the way the new management has been on top of all things that involve the residents of this apartment. For example, there has been a lot of construction located on our block due to the expansion of the Bank of America Bank being built on the corner, and the new townhouses being built across the street. She keeps us updated on that progress because it has been a strain at times driving up the block. However, even with the strain, just the managers consideration of keeping up posted about that work is just appreciated by me, and most of the tenants here. I want to thank my manager Gail Youngblood for doing a wonderful, wonderful job. We love her. Most importantly, if you are looking to make a new home for you and your family, or just you, you won't regret this decision.

I'm not sure where this person lives, but there is no Target or any of the stores mentioned within walking distance of Iroquois. In fact, none of this review sounds like anything near Irquois. A "homeowner" in an apartment complex??? This review needs to be removed.

I sent my comment about the Iroquois here in Phila.Pa, not Nashville,TN. I wanted everyone to know how I felt about living here and how great our New Manager is. Please make the correction.

amen...glad someone caught this misrepresentation...sure not true of Iroquious staff in Nashville
