Iroquois Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

Lived here for about 9 months. Just very poor apartments. For the money you may be happy with a roof over your head, but you almost don't get that at Iroqois. Our roof leaked at least twice: once in the fall and once in the spring. I came home to a hole in the ceiling. Bugs were common. Spiders, yes. Shrubs were in the way of walkway. No icemaker. Shower faucet broke three times in the first two months. Toilet paper holder even fell out of the wall; screwed into drywall.
Let me try to list some positives. Rent was low for the space you get I guess. 2.5 baths. Outdoor patio. Maintenance and stuff are helpful, but quality of the apartments is just low. These would be okay for a family. All the rooms and space you could need.
