Horrible customer service!

The Keystone Farms staff may seem friendly when you are looking to rent the apartment, but once you sign the lease that sense of community quickly vanishes. We were promised that the outside of the buildings would be painted the summer we moved in. One year later they still have not been painted. For over four months a service request has been ignored. They impose additional fees and regulations not outlined and agreed upon in lease. There is no insulation between apartments - noise is a huge problem. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX!!
