Well its not TERRIBLE. I liked the small community size and the rent when I moved in was really reasonable. The pool is really sub-par...in direct view from the highway and really small. The apartments are ok, you are not bothered much by others but I will say it did sound like there was a bowling alley above me with all the noise. Its just an average place..nothing special. It used to be a good value for what they charged. But with the healthy rent hikes recently, I sure hope they have some major renovations in mind. If not, you can do much better for the price. I would not tell anyone to run away in horror- but depending on your priorities you may be much happier with somewhere else that has better amenities.
