Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
We have just resigned our new lease for the 2nd time around and are still as pleased (if not more). The office staff is still here and wonderful as ever. Maintenance problems are taken care of promptly. We did have a rental increase but every where we called in or around our area that was just as nice was still higher. We love it here and plan on staying until we build our house.
