I hate these apartments they smell like old ladies and my neighbors have like 5 cars. I always here the guy above me(that I think dresses as a lady when he comes home)playing video games and playing his crappy math-rock music. Everytime I complain to the staff they tell me to take care of the problem myself.Why should I talk to him. Don get me started! I would rather live in a tub full of dead babies then live next to this ass that wears girls pants.Dont even get me started.

Why did you even bother posting this? You don't like it there because someone wears girls pants? It sounds like you should be the one wearing girls clothes if you can't find the "man within" to tell ur neighbor to keep it down.
