THIS PLACE SUCKS! They are way overpriced for the things offered here. There is no club house, a half working gym and a very poor staff. My apartment is run down, full of ants that they cant get rid of (and I am a VERY clean person). Maintenance items take forever to get filled and when they do come and work on them they are done very poorly. My dining room and kitchen was full of mold causing them to tear out the walls and redo everything making me have to leave my home with a new baby for over 36 hours. And this all happened after I told them there was mold and put in 3 or more workorders for a water leak that was never taken care of (2 months later) by the staff. An outside company had to come in and find the leak since "maintenance" couldn't figure it out! I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy!

I also live at Keystone and I'm surprised you've had such a bad experience. Any maintenance issues we've had were resolved quickly, and the management have been more than helpful to my roommates and I. We love it and plan on renewing our contract for another year.
