I am a resident at Keystone Farms and I LOVE living here! My roommates and I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse that is amazing! We were first, really impressed with the management - who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and show us every option for renting.
Any kind of maintenance issues have been quickly resolved by a friendly person, in a timely fashion.

Our carpets were new at move in, appliances contemporary, lighting very trendy.
All units are equipped with washer and dryer. (You might want to read that again. Washer. Dryer. No creepy laundry facilities.)

The community isn't giant, so it has a very friendly feel. It is gated and lit at night so, if you have a pet you can walk them as needed.
Security systems are standard if you happen to be in and out of town for some reason, the grounds are kept up nicely, and parking is awesome.
We very rarely hear our neighbors make any noise, and we also have friends over all the time for dinner parties - so it's nice to know we are well insulated.
We love it here and plan on renewing our lease ASAP. I have referred Keystone Farms to several friends and would recommend it for anyone interested in living in this area of town. (Nipper's Corner)
It's walking distance to several grocery stores (Kroger, Walmart, Publix), lots of shopping, and dining (Not to mention the best Mexican place in town, literally.) Schools are close if you have children, and there are a couple of parks very close for kids, pets, or just playing around.

If you are in the market for an apartment, it won't get much better than Keystone.
