We searched and searched for a new home last summer. We knew we never wanted to see our last apartment complex again! We stumbled upon Keystone Farms. From the moment we met the leasing staff we knew that this was where we were going to be the happiest. Staff at Keystone are helpful, personable, and genuinely interested in your well being. Every maintenance request ( and there haven't been many - smoke alarm batteries changed that we can't reach, toilets clogged, etc) have been resolved in a timely fashion. There is a nice, family oriented, neighborhood feel to this complex. It is safe, clean, and well maintained.
Our townhouse is very spacious, super affordable and well laid out. And it comes with a washer and dryer! No more saving quarters! Each home also comes with an installed alarm system! You won't find a place with these features for such a great price anywhere else. We have never had a problem with noise from our neighbors. Landscaping is always maintained. And again, the staff can't be beat! Here they know you by name and not by apartment number.
If you are looking for state of the art gym facilities and tennis courts, this isn't the place for you. But what they lack in expensive amenities (which would raise your rent price), they make up for in quality, intentionality, and great customer service.
I am looking forward to renewing our lease for next year, and I would recommend this complex to everyone!
