Not the best place to live

If you live here, prepare for the office staff to tell the residents YOUR business, and also for them to lie straight to your face!! While living at Keystone Farms, I painted my apartment (more than one room). During an inspection, the leasing agent mentioned how much she absolutely loved the colors, and even though, in a letter, she raised our rent by $105 to renew a 12 month lease and $300 to go month-to-month, she offered to keep it the same if we stayed after seeing the apartment. Then, the ONLY maintenance person for the whole complex stated that the leasing agent said we could keep the paint as is upon moving out. Since this saved us painting three rooms, we removed all the nails, spackled all the holes, and put fresh coats of the colored paint on all the walls. We even left the remaining paint there! Upon our final inspection, she mentioned having to charge us for the paint, to which we pointed out that we were told we could keep it. She said, "Oh, okay, that's right". However, a few months after we moved out, we got a letter stating that we had been charged $70 for them to paint. AND WHAT'S WORSE... I have been in the complex since then AND THE APARTMENT IS STILL PAINTED THE WAY WE LEFT IT!!!! Also, after turning in my notice to NOT renew my lease, my neighbor saw me outside and said, "Oh, the leasing agent told me you were moving". I was in shock that MY business was being told to the neighbors!!! Decent apartment though for the price.

I am the Property Manager of Keystone Farms. Respectfully,I would like to comment on the May 1, 2009 posting. Applicant and Resident information is strictly confidential. Secondly, photo documentation and invoices determine the move out damages beyond normal wear and tear per our lease agreement and the Tennessee Tenant Landlord Tenant Act. Please contact me with any issues or concerns you may have as a resident or a former resident.

LOL, diane ruse, the same "specimen" that fled from the Autumn Chase apartments in Goodlettsville, previously sent a eviction notice without ANY REASON, the same that sent intimidatory letters without justification, and fled because she never can prove anything before a judge, but I HAVE EVERYTHING TO LITIGATE AND WIN. You know diane, a REAL MANAGER STAYS AND FINISH a matter, don't flee from a situation if you have proof or if you are right!!! The same that rents apartments without the proper habilitation, the same "specimen" (obviously the breast cancer didn't make you better person, din't diane?). I believe you completely anonymous, from that"manager"(LOL)you can't expect ANYTHING GOOD, she is a disaster, I moved 2 years ago to a SERIOUS APARTMENT COMPLEX, WITH A WONDERFUL ADMINISTRATION AND NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM AT ALL.
