My husband and I moved here in 2007. We would not consider living anywhere else. Washer and dryer unit included, gated, alarm system and not a lot of units. The apartments are constructed in a manner where you do not here your neighbors. We live upstairs and the only time we heard neighbors were when they were outside. Close to grocery stores, Wal-mart, and easy access to all of the major highways. We may move soon and I am having a hard time finding anything comparable to what we have here in Memphis.
Manager Dianne is great and Lee is the best maintenance person around.
