This apartment is the worst place I have ever lived in. People in this community are paying $750.00 and up. It is very cold in the winter, the office staff ignores the compaints about the drafts around the windows and doors. Anyway you should not have a draft for the amount of rent we are paying. The pool and the back of the complex is filthy!!!! Even during the summer when the pool is suppose to be clean you see green algea around it.We have to go to an off site location to swim safely in a clean pool.We can not swim in it anymore. Parking is terrible and the tenents that they rent to are not respectable people. Bin Laden could get a apartment here.I would not suggest a single person or anyone with a family to move here. It is a very bad complex. Automobiles are constantly broken into all the time, and some of the maintance staff has been charged with breaking and entering apartments taking other peoples property.

The office staff is not friendly and they discriminate with the amount of rent they charge and the amount of water the tenents actually use.
