Have never met the manager because she is never here and they just changed office staff the week i moved in but as far as our apartment - it was an absolute mess when we moved in which pissed us off since they wouldn?t let us inspect the property prior to move-in and we then had to do a complete clean-up prior to being able to put any of our things away because it was so disgusting although the problem was not a maintenenace issue they still assisted in helping with the cleaning and where very apologetic but the office staff was rude. There were clearly visible dirt stains all over the bathroom floors, dirt and hair all over the floors and pet stains on the carpets. Of course, about a month after we moved in all of the dirt stains started coming up in the carpet..and they?ll probably try to charge us for it!
