I must say the apartments would be nice, except the new manager doesn?t believe in keeping them up (and thanks to maintenance, they aren?t falling apart). In one week, our refrigerator died, our dishwasher leaked everywhere, our toilet exploded with water gushing everywhere, the roof leaked on our furnature, and we were exterminated for cockroaches, which is a normal experience in this place. And that was just one week. Oh, and our neighbors were always in domestic disputes, beating each other until someone called the police. Aimco (Knollwood Office Staff) gave them a "noise warning".



If it wasn?t for the termination fee, maintenance having initiative and two sets of great neighbors, we would be breaking our contract but a renewal is out of the question & i am taking my good neighbors with me.
