Once upper class Knollwood has become a slum

I am shocked at what has happened to this complex. I lived in Knollwood in the early 70s then again in the mid 80s. It was one of the best complexes in Nashville then...well kept, clean, with decent folks living there and an excellent management and maintenance team. When we moved back to Nashville this past summer, Knollwood was the first complex we even considered. But when we went to check it out, we have never been so shocked and disappointed. Knollwood has become rundown and dirty with all sorts of suspicious undesirables as tenants. And we moved from Los Angeles, California so we are used to scumwads but those at Knollwood make those in LA look like upper class angels!
