I have read most of the reviews on this website and I would have to say I cannot relate to any of their problems. My overall experience has been pleasant. I have never had any bugs(I think that is more of a personal problem), and anytime something has gone wrong, maintenace comes the same day to fix it. The rent is reasonable and overall the tenants are decent.
