I have not lived here long, but it has been long enough for me to see enough problems. Since moving in I have had TONS ofproblems with my apartment. Bugs are a huge problem here. We have them everyehere, even in the dishwasher and in cabinet drawers. I disagree with the last response thst it is a personal problem. My apartment is spotless and I still have them. I do have to say the maintenance staff is good about coming down the same day to fix things, but I am not sure if I would call it "fix". We have had several things they were supposed to "fix" that remained a problem. I have asked to get out of my lease but nope, it;s not happening. If you sign the leasr be prepared to stay even with bad conditions.
