I have been at Knollwood almost a year, and I cannot wait to leave this place! It is overpriced, and the staff is not trained. I had leaks in my apartment for three months that were not repaired, and when my water bill went up I was not given credit. There is absolutely no insulation, so your electric bill is always very high.

I lived there for over 4 years. The water bill increased from $15 to $50. I know I am being reaped off It is beautifully renovated now but still leaky doors and poor workmanship is causing high energy bill The monthly rent is highly over priced
