When I moved in to knollwood at first it was great besides the spiders/crickets called basement spiders that literally jump up to a foot high and are VERY fast, I was soo scared the first time I saw it jump towards me I screamed. After 3 months there was a fire in the building next to me but I figured all complexes run into problems like that. Then I recommended my best friend to move in and on THE VERY DAY she moved in there was a fire in her building due to the maintanence man. Less than I month later the building across from me caught on fire on my birthday.Which was in July it is now December and the rebuilding has just begun the new exteriors are great however that will not change the mold on the inside or the desperate need for updating(these apartments are 30 years old!). I have been chronically sick since we moved in and just now realized it is due to mold. Thank God our lease is coming up and we will be moving out soon. The pricing is okay but you could get a condo with more square feet for the same price as a 2 bedroom.Overall it is your decision but please dont let the updated exterior fool you!
