My family and I moved here in October 2006. We moved in "blind" from Florida. I will NEVER make this mistake again. From now on I will personally go visit and thoroughly inspect any possible living environments.

It has been one thing after another. In the four months we have lived here we have had countless maintenance requests. From closet doors falling off every time you open them to hot water heater leaking (TWICE) and flooding the hall and wetting the stuff we had in the closet, ceiling light fixture globes falling off, cabinet drawer handles missing, baseboards missing, holes in the floor, back gate barely hanging on the hinges, squeeky floors, you name it.......it's falling apart. Now there's the mess with the whole renovations. What a nightmare. Everything is muddy and nasty looking, workers are rude and think they own the roadways. I'm just waiting for my first flat tire from all of the broken glass and nails all over the place.

Forget about parking anywhere near where you live! If you go out late in the evening you can count on having to park two buildings away when you return. NOT convenient with small children and groceries! Some of us have even resorted to parking up on the curb in the grass.

I could go on and on but you get the gist of it. This place SUCKS! I hope to be able to move out by the end of our lease and not have to renew it. If I could afford it I would move now.

The only thing that I do like about this place is the location and size of the unit.

Renovations are not pleasant. Workers are rude. I have seen maintenance picking up garbage left on ground by const. workers. That is surely not their responsibility. Maint. is great. Office staff is nice.
