I have been staying here since January of 2007, paid rent on time every month and recieve a letter at least once a week for someone un benounced to me parking in someones parking spot, not my fault. They contacted me saying I had a dog which I do not just based on complaints of a new tenant who had words. Very ethnic apartment living i do not recommend it here unless you like having woman shot at outside of your building and cars broken into or hijacked..

There is not assigned parking here. Unless you are parking in a handicapped spot. If you are and are not handicapped, shame on you. I have lived here 2 years, and no woman has been shot! There are not car hijackings. Sure a few cars were burglarized, but that can happen in your own driveway. Don't quite know what this person is talking about. I don't think they do either.

I have lived here for several years. Prior to this last year a side window was broken out on one of our cars while parked here. During this past year 2 of our cars have had several things taken off them. One of our vehicles had nails purposely set behind each tire. Haven't heard of anyone being shot, but the police have been out here several rimes.

I have lived at Knollwood for MANY years and have had NO incidents w/ car and have heard of NO one being shot and when you have over 300 families/ persons in one community, don't you think there MIGHT be a little 'trouble' now and then. It's usually kids that parents are not controlling these days! Find someplace where there is NONE and we will ALL move there!!

i lived there for six years till i broke my lease thier was a car jacking/robrey in 2005 around 7am near u building and thier was a shooting in 2003 in the apt behind u building some kids where a drug deal whent bad aimco was not the mgmt co at the time don't beleave me check with metro police dept
