Since my fiance and I have moved into this place it has been just miserable. There is continuous construction. There is hammering, large trucks, people coming in out of your home and noise from 7:00am-7:00pm seven days a week and even on holidays. Not only has this been awful the management and the maintainence staff is just terrible. We have put in many requests for service and none of them have been answered in a timely fashion (if answered at all). Also, due to the construction I have had nails in my car tires and Knollwood will not pay me back for the repairs even though they claim to do so if you bring in your receipt and nail. I have asked many times for payment with no response. Also, the construction workers knock out cable, internet and track mud and calking through out your home. There have been times when I have come home to my apartment unlocked or even with office keys left hanging in the door. They are rude and they could care less about the people who live here. Even after construction stops this would still be a terrible place to live simply because it is managed by a bunch of dim wits.
