Wow, I'm glad I didn't read these before I moved in.

I've lived in 865 Bellevue for a while now and I can't believe all the bad ratings it has received. i chose 865 over a whole bunch of apartments that didn't look near as nice, nor were the staffs as professional.
They have almost completed the renovation of every apartment. I moved into one that had just been finished and it's wonderful; everything is new. From the appliances to the bathtub, the toilets, carpet, windows, doors, kitchen counters and cabinets, you name it. They pretty much gutted the old ones and started over. Also, they're in the final stages of installing a new security gate, and building on to their two pools to make them look a lot nicer and to offer gas grills for cooking by the pool.
As far as activities, there is a yoga class 3 times a week, movie and pizza night, a walking club, a dog walking club, a relaxation class, a kids club, a brand new playground, a brand new 24 fitness center with Nautilus equipment and 2 flat screen TVs to watch, free Starbucks coffee, and their trying to start a Tai Chi class. AND ALL OF THIS IS FREE AND IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! You can also get a personal garage for you car or storage for a little more per month.
Granted, right now, the grounds don't look exactly like the pictures on the website because they are making so many landscape improvements to the complex, but when they finish, it's going to look amazing.
If you're looking for a diamond in the rough, 865 Bellevue is the place you need to be. Even if the negative ratings have still got you worried, at least make an effort to stop by and see one of the apartments for yourself and see how professional the staff is. you won't be disappointed.

Wow, you must really like 865 Bellevue to post such a review. It's so well written that it almost convinced me you were a real tenant. BEWARE OF 865 BELLEVUE EMPLOYEES ABUSING THIS SITE FOR ADS! THEY'RE EVERYWHERE! DON'T MOVE IN HERE!

The review sounds bogus to me. A new "security gate" means nothing because:
- there are TWO entrances
- there is no fence around the grounds on two sides
Besides, none of this "window dressing" will fix the long-standing Asbestos and Mold problems.

WOW, an Advertisment for 865. Wonder which employee wrote this. Trust me.....this place is NOT worth what you pay. All they are doing is p utting "lipstick on a pig". May be prettying it up a bit but it's still just a pig. BEWARE!!!!!!! I have been here just over a year (moving next month) and have regreted it pretty much the entire stay.

umm, no, i'm not an employee. But i do like the apartments. sorry if my positive review sounds like an advertisement. I just don't want people to mark 865 off their list without at least coming here to see for themselves. like i said in the title, if I had read the reviews on this site before coming here, i probably wouldn't have even come by to look for the same reasons I didn't go look at the apartments my friends said weren't worth living in. the apartments might have been great places to live.
they are installing a security gate at both entrances, and why would you want a fence up around the entire property? what apartment has that? this isn't a neighborhood with $500k houses.

Think about those of us that lived in the apartments while they were being "guted" as you so happily pointed out. Living there for over a year, I spent every day waking up to construction, getting cat-called by construction men and having mud/calking/dirt throughout my home and not once did we get a discount or even a frienly response when a complaint was reported. I doubt things are as great as you say!

I'm glad you feel good about where you live, But when they expose you and your family to the aesbestos that is in all of the ceilings you will feel differently about them. WATCH OUT!!! They will deny all responsibility.

People are entitled to their opinions. Just because they like where they live, doesn't make them an employee.

if you are not an employee, why the anonymity? and why is your review a summarized regurgitation of 865 bellevue's pamphlet? haha, so sad...

No doubt about it. Deny it all you want. Whether you are an employee or not, you are definitely not a rent paying tenant in this h***hole. If you really lived at this complex for ANY length of time, you would never give such a sickly, sticky sweet review that only a paid advertiser could give. You're a fake, just like the management and all their claims.
