I am a student from the Middle East. My experience with this community was awesome. The apartment was clean (just renovated). I had few maintenance calls and they were all answered quickly. The office staff were nice and explained all terms for me before I signed the contract. The playground is clean and good and the fitness center is new. I didn't try the swimming pool because of the cold weather.

However, there are some silly things that annoyed me during my 6 month stay:
- Paying for sewer!
- The trash can is far from my apartment
- Dogs are every where (I hate all dogs)
- Short term lease charge (extra $50 per month)
- I didn't receive me deposit until now (2.5 months since I left the community)

Thank GOD I didn't read these comments before I moved in, and I wish I can find a similar apartment in Pennsylvania.

Yet another faked response from employees of 865 Bellevue. This apartment complex is horribly managed, and it is a trial to live here. Do not under any circumstances rent an apartment at this complex.

People are entitled to their opinion. Just because they like the place and you don't, doesn't make them an employee.

I've moved to PA in August. Now I really feel the difference. You guys who still live in 865 Bellevue, you should appreciate this gift!
