Seriously. They'll rent to ANYONE. It's frightening how loud and noisy some of the tenants are. In fact, I've seen the police break up some pretty serious situations. There are these young college kids who announce their arrival, no matter how late past midnight they arrive. They honk the horn (several times), the bass on the amps will shake you out of your chair (usually bed) and then they challenge each other as to just how hard they can slam the door (repeatedly). After contacting the managers you get this sob story about how confining the TN laws are. They'll give them one final warning etc. It's a shame that they can't be more careful about how they take, rather than taking every applicant. If they were a bit more discerning, we'd plan to stay longer. No Way! We're out as soon as we can find our new home. We would never sign up for this again. Professional people deserve professional homes, especially when you're paying professional prices. I have felt like I've landed in the ghetto. How many Frat nights and rude neighbors will we face before the management says no more'

I don't know about TN laws...(go to the Tennessee Annotated Codes) but it does state on our leases that we have the RIGHT to a quite enviornment...how about THAT part of it??????? Try and get the tag number etc. and call the cops and or the on site courtesy officer evertime it happens!!! The mgt staff are MOSTLY IDIOTS these days and don't give crap!

I agree, but I guess the management thinks that you'll eventually get tired of complaining and will just go away. They should remember, however, they are legally bound to maintain a relatively safe environment. I've saved all of my emails and a log of complaints. I just pray no bullets start to come through the walls or there's a tragedy. We just look forward to being out soon.
