I have been turned over to collection by 865 Belleuve Apartments Nashville Tn 37221. There was a payment made online via credit card (the same way I paid EVERY month) in the amount of $991.43 on 12/05/2008.Several days later I recieved a different statement showing an amount of $925.79 , in which I was charged repairs for carpet that was ripped up by the maintenance crew when the apartments flooded toliet water in my apartment over a 2-3 day period. The carpets were never properly fixed afterwards and I was then charged for the issue.
Is that how this company works'

I now recieved a collection notice for a debt I have already paid, Aimco should check their records before sending someone to collections because they actually owe me money back as I paid more than the final statement.

I plan contact Channel 2, 4 and 5 and show them the pictures of the carpets with the turd water from the toilets flooding. The apartment was covered in ---- roaches when we moved in and I couldn't even un-pack. I took pictures of all the roaches crawling on the walls and ceilings as well.

There are illegal non-english speaking working for the contractors from 6am to 8pm. Banging, sawing, digging and whatever else. The grounds are not kept clean and get littered with old carpet, and paint buckets.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE I WOULD LIVE IN MY CAR BEFORE RENTING HERE!

This place claims to be a NEW LUXURY apartment. IT IS STILL KNOLLWOOD! Lipstick on a pig.I warn everyone I talk and so does my family and friends as they seen and smelled the horrible carpets that were never cleaned properly or replaced!
