I never write reviews but could not help myself. The office staff is ridiculous! No one knows what they are talking about.........considering you get a different answer everytime you ask someone else. The maintenance crew is pretty good if the office crew can actually get them the work order. I lived in a tiny one bedroom....the smallest they have...........my electric bill was over $250 every month. They had french doors that were so drafty it felt like 20 below in my apt. They had the sweetest activities director which they laid off a few months ago. She truly loved her job and planned the greatest activities.......wine tastings, mixers, farmers market, etc. She was the only good thing about that place. Anyway. I know they can make this place seem perfect......I fell for it. They claim to be dog friendly but they are not. $300 per dog deposit and $20 per dog per month. They also rape you with water/sewage/trash. After all was said and done.....my $750 per month apt cost me at least $890 per month plus the $250 electric bill

The activites director shouldn't have been laid off as it is in the brochures as part of the bendfits in the lease of renting there. These apartments are a joke and they are old as dirt with new siding and paint. They have mold in the walls and roaches. I could only bare to stay there about 5 months before breaking my lease. The office staff is mostly a bunch of mildy retarded adults especially -----!

No kidding! I wish I would have left sooner than I did! I have to say mildly is being extremely gracious. I just got off the phone with sweet ----- about her nickel and diming me on my $250 deposit when I paid $600 up front for my dogs.

I agree with all of these postings. I can't wait to move on. It's scary here. NOT SAFE. You can get MUCH MORE for your money elsewhere or just down the road. Don't be suckered into these. It's awful. They lost the best staff member they had with the activities director. However, it's unimaginable that they would think of operating without a security / courtesy officer. Trust me, not safe. Pass this one by. You'll be glad you did. It's not a bargain and it's not a good value.
