My husband and I have lived here for almost a year with few complaints. We had brand new paint, carpet, appliances, and newly refinished bathrooms. The cabinetry was a little cheap, but it looks nice and does what it is supposed to do-hold stuff! We have had a couple leaky sinks and some hardware that needed to be replaced in the door hinges, and our requests were always taken care of quickly. The maintenance staff is very friendly and responsive. Several of the office staff are great, and others seem clueless, but that is likely to happen anywhere. For instance, one time I called and asked for the email address for one of the staff, and the person who answered phone did not know what her email address was (yikes!). I have had a couple of problems clearing up payments that have been made electronically over the internet, but that has nothing to do directly with this apt. complex. Great pools and gym facilities. Friendly neighbors. We are only leaving because we can no longer afford the rent.

Anonymous????? Substitute complex staff! Too expensive for cheap 40 year old building - yes, that is certainly true.
