I've been living at 865/Knollwood for a year and half. The apartments are fine. I haven't really had any major problems. When I have had problems I called the office and it was taken care of right away. Inconsistency with online payment is the only thing I don't like (due to water/sewer), but is expected. I've read many reviews of rude and unkind staff, but I have experience none of it. I've always had friendly conversation every visit to the office and they've tried to help me and my roommates as best they can. Parking is a problem in my end of the complex due to larger families and more cars, but isn't terrible. I never hear my neighbors and haven't had any problems. The grounds are kept fairly clean and maintained. One issue are the sap filled evergreens over hanging over the parking spots in certain areas. This is a nightmare for car freaks. I haven't heard of any problems with safety. The fixtures and construction was recently remodeled. A lot of parts are fairly cheap but adequate for living. When ever a problem does occur maintenance is just a call away.
